- Uploads can be in PDF, JPEG, or Microsoft (Word or Excel)
Every customer receives client copy upon competition of your tax return preparation that contains their applicable tax return, accompanying schedules, and any other pertinent data in a PDF format. This PDF in the Portal is great for safekeeping. Remember, you need to keep all of your tax returns for at least three years, more in some cases.
